As before Click Start.....Programs.....Windows Explorer. Then follow the tree to Sierra. Click the + sign on Sierra.....+ sign on Red Baron II..then click once on data...On the right hand side of the screen you should see a file called CROSS.INF. in the RedBaronII\Data folder. To get the sight to work you need to rename it  RB2SIGHT.INF.

To rename a file right click on CROSS.INF. a window will pop up like the one below.

Highlight Rename...left click it. ...then type in RB2SIGHT.INF. You will be warned that you are about to change a files name extension...click yes. If you are not getting a warning please refer to paint shop on this web site on how to change a file’s extension.
To install a custom gun sight, double click on the RB2SIGHT.INF. A notepad window of your file will appear like the example below. The numbers you see below are of a custom gun sight. Yours will have less numbers.

Now place your cursor to the left hand side of the first number. Left click and drag your cursor through all of the numbers to highlight them. Once highlighted, hit your delete key. Minimize the notepad window. Now go to the web site and pick a gunsight. Highlight the numbers as before, right click. A drop down menu will appear. Click copy. As shown below

Now bring back your inf. file that was minimized. Place your cursor at the left top of note pad. Right click and left click on paste. Now click File then save. You now have a custom sight installed.
